“Yeah”!

Sure that’s the answer when the question is love, but sometimes you need a little more. Well, I’ve been doing this for a lot of years, and I’d be happy to answer any questions you may have. Maybe you need to know a little more about buying a diamond. Or maybe you need some advice on how to capture the magic of love and commitment. I'd be happy to hear from you and I'm available everyday. You can reach me by email at askjerry@robbinsdiamonds.com.

Ask Jerry

Here are some questions that people have emailed Jerry:

I have been WAITING TO GET my girlfriend a Tacori engagement ring and a friend of the family has encouraged me to ask you personally about your selection of this special brand. I really cannot wait to propose to her with this "special" ring she has been looking at for almost 6 months. She is someone I adore, admire and really want to spend the rest of my life with. I am sure you hear this all the time so I will save you the details. Please respond as I received an email today and it almost seems surreal after finding out your organization is the most highly recommended for the Tacori. Thanks again !!

I have a ring, the first ring I ever gave my girlfriend, she loves it and it means so much to her, I bought it 7 years ago, it is a three stone tanzanite ring. I middle stone fell out, and I have been meaning to get it fixed. Its there anyway I could purchase a diamond and have it put into the ring to turn it into an engagement ring, I know it would mean the world to her and make it that much more special for her. Please get back to me.

thanks,
Scott

Hi. I have a diamond wedding band set in white gold. It's two rows of baguettes all together (nothing separating them). Anyway, one of the baguettes has cracked horizontally (I didn't know diamonds could do that). Anyway, is it possible to repair? If so, do you do that or can you recommend someone?

Thanks for taking the time to read my e-mail.

Mary

I have an engagement ring (from 16 years ago) Unfortunately, the engagement was short lived and I never wore the ring (although I did get to keep it). I was involved in choosing this ring from your store. I wondered if there was any possibility I could trade it in. I am married now and my husband isn't too happy that I have this ring. It is a marquise and is probably at least a carat. Thanks for reading this.

Hello there,

My boyfriend has been talking lately about looking at engagement rings. I have my great-grandmothers solitaire stone engagement ring. I’m wondering if we’d be able to have this reset in any setting we’d want or would we be limited with what we can do with it? I have had my eyes on a 3 stone engagement ring but I didn’t know if that would still be possible now with having the single diamond that we want to use.

Thanks for your help!
