“Yeah”!

Sure that’s the answer when the question is love, but sometimes you need a little more. Well, I’ve been doing this for a lot of years, and I’d be happy to answer any questions you may have. Maybe you need to know a little more about buying a diamond. Or maybe you need some advice on how to capture the magic of love and commitment. I'd be happy to hear from you and I'm available everyday. You can reach me by email at askjerry@robbinsdiamonds.com.

Ask Jerry

Here are some questions that people have emailed Jerry:

I have been WAITING TO GET my girlfriend a Tacori engagement ring and a friend of the family has encouraged me to ask you personally about your selection of this special brand. I really cannot wait to propose to her with this "special" ring she has been looking at for almost 6 months. She is someone I adore, admire and really want to spend the rest of my life with. I am sure you hear this all the time so I will save you the details. Please respond as I received an email today and it almost seems surreal after finding out your organization is the most highly recommended for the Tacori. Thanks again !!

Jamie M.

I recently rec’d an old diamond ring as an engagement ring from my boyfriend. Do you guys re-size rings? It’s HUGE I need it smaller.

Tori

Hello. I have a platinum and diamond engagement ring. I would like to reset my center diamond. Do you buy back the platinum setting, it has .75 carat of diamonds in the band? Or could I use that money towards a new setting?

Nicole S.

Hi. I really love the Tacori engagement rings, but my boyfriend's budget is pretty tight. We were thinking maybe he could get my birthstone, an aquamarine, as the center stone rather than a diamond. Would that be possible? Do you have aquamarines we could see at your store? We live in center city Philly. Thanks so much!

Mr. Robbins,

Is there any way to tell if I have a real diamond without taking it to a professional? If so could you give me some suggestions?

Dan
