Hello. I have a platinum and diamond engagement ring. I would like to reset my center diamond. Do you buy back the platinum setting, it has .75 carat of diamonds in the band? Or could I use that money towards a new setting?

I have a ring, the first ring I ever gave my girlfriend, she loves it and it means so much to her, I bought it 7 years ago, it is a three stone tanzanite ring. I middle stone fell out, and I have been meaning to get it fixed. Its there anyway I could purchase a diamond and have it put into the ring to turn it into an engagement ring, I know it would mean the world to her and make it that much more special for her.
