RETURN POLICY

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed.  If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. 

Please note: 30 day return policy for webstore purchases,10 day return policy for in-store purchases.

The items returned must be undamaged, unaltered and in original condition.  Due to the personal nature of some items, we cannot accept returns on special orders or personalized items. Upon processing, we will credit your original method of payment.



Returns or exchanges can be done either via mail or in-store.

VIA MAIL

To return merchandise, please follow the steps below.

  • Contact a representative to obtain a Return Authorization Code.  A representative can be reached at either 215-925-5120 extension 124 or via email at webstore@robbinsdiamonds.com.  Standard operating hours are 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Monday through Friday.
  • Indicate the return authorization code on the outside of the package.
  • Place all the original packaging in the return box including purchased item.
  • Be sure to fully insure your package at the stated value listed on the Robbins Diamonds invoice.

  • Once your returned item is received, it will be processed and a credit issued within 10 business days. Robbins Diamonds will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

GIFT RETURNS

We will exchange a gift you received for another item or for store credit.  Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser using the payment method used to purchase the item.
