Gift Cards are redeemable solely for purchases at Robbins Diamonds retail locations, robbinsdiamonds.com, and weddingband.com. All Gift Cards are denominated in U.S. Dollars. Gift Cards are valid until redeemed or replaced. Robbins Diamonds is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. The value of a Gift Card that is lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or used without your permission will not be replaced or refunded. Robbins Diamonds will not honor Gift Cards obtained by fraud or theft. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. If the value of your Gift Card is greater than the amount of your total purchase, you will be able to use the remaining Gift Card balance for future purchases, subject to these terms and conditions. If the value of your Gift Card is less than the amount of your total robbinsdiamonds.com or weddingband.com purchase, you must use a credit card in order to complete your purchase. If the value of your Gift Card is less than the amount of your total Robbins Diamonds retail store purchase, you must provide an additional payment method accepted in that retail store in order to complete your purchase. A monthly service fee of $10.00 per month will be deducted from Gift Cards inactive for 24 months, except where prohibited by law. Robbins Diamonds encourages you to use your Gift Card in order to avoid this monthly service fee. Purchase of this Gift Card means you accept these terms and conditions. Any term of this Gift Card purchase agreement deemed unenforceable shall be severable and the remaining terms enforced.
